The main goal of internal quality assurance at Gladzor University in Yerevan is the formation and dissemination of an internal culture of quality in accordance with European standards and guidelines, the implementation of the mission in accordance with the strategic goals and tasks of the EGC. The purpose of internal quality assurance is also the formation of bases for external quality assessment.
Problems of internal quality assurance
The objectives of the MA defined at the University of Yerevan “Gladzor” determine the need to solve the following problems:
Develop and/or improve policies and procedures for continuous improvement of the quality of education at the University
Develop and/or improve the toolkit for the periodic review and monitoring of ICDs at the university
Establish a basis for the evaluation of SMEs
Strengthen the internal quality assurance department of the university
Ensuring the participation of external and internal stakeholders of the EEC in the internal quality assurance processes
Provide structures for the collection, processing and analysis of information necessary for external evaluation of OA
Ensure the publicity and transparency of the PA processes
Ensure regular review and improvement of the internal PA system.
