Emblem

The emblem of "Gladzor" University features three colors of the Republic of Armenia’s national flag: blue, red, and orange. On the arch-shaped emblem, a book depicted in blue symbolizes the foundation and source of knowledge, representing the Armenian people's will to live peacefully under the clear sky. The red color, symbolizing the Armenian highlands and the people's continuous struggle for survival, Christian faith, independence, and freedom of Armenia, is represented by five steps that stand for the five-year education program originally offered by the university. These steps lead upward toward the orange sun, which symbolizes the Armenian people's creative talent and diligence, shining toward light and knowledge.

Anthem

In deep, impenetrable darkness,
Through its painful history,
The Armenian creates in learning
A ray of light for salvation.

As a witness to all this,
In harsh new days of ours,
The old Gladzor was born anew,
Worthy and honorable in glory.

New “Gladzor,” splendid and unwavering,
A beacon and temple of light,
You are our proud, nurturing mother,
Ever generous and incorruptible.

Live proudly and healthily
As the hearth of education,
May your reputation always soar—
Today, tomorrow, and forever.
