Second-year students of the International Relations program, accompanied by the department lecturer, PhD in Political Sciences Robert Ghevondyan, are participating in the event titled“Motallit Photorik: Regional Security in the South Caucasus in the Context of Global Order Shifts,”organized by the Caucasus Institute.

On November 7, students from the Faculty of International Relations at Yerevan Gladzor University, under the initiative of Eliza Hovhannisyan, Head of the Career Center, participated in an interactive discussion titled“5x5+1 Media Literacy or ABC: Opportunities and the Media”at the American University of Armenia, within the framework of the “Media and Diplomacy” course.The interactive discussion, organized as part of Media Literacy Week, featured 5+1 speakers — local and international media experts, journalists, marketing and education specialists — each presenting current topics in 15-minute segments using 15 slides.The event was organized with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

On March 27, under the initiative of N. Grigoryan, PhD in Political Sciences, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of International Relations named after H. Hakobyan at Yerevan Gladzor University, a roundtable discussion titled“Perceptions of the State and Statehood in Contemporary International Relations”was held.The participants included 14 lecturers from the Department of International Relations and the Department of General Jurisprudence at Yerevan Gladzor University.As an opening speech, N. Grigoryan presented the development of visual-conceptual approaches regarding the state and statehood in modern international relations.Each participant shared their own perspective on the issue, presenting their viewpoints and possible solutions to address current challenges.The comprehensive nature of the topic suggests the need for periodic discussions of this kind.The workshop was summarized by Zh. Երևանի Գլաձոր Համալսարան այցելեցին Երևանի Իրավատնտեսագիտական և Կառավարման Քոլեջի իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետի ավարտական կուրսի ուսանողները՝ «Ընտանեկան իրավունքի» դասախոս Սյուզաննա Արմենակյանի ուղեկցությամբ։ Ուսանողները Երևանի Գլաձոր համալսարանի Կարիերայի կենտրոնի ղեկավար Է. Էլիզա Հովհաննիսյանի ուղեկցությամբ շրջեցին համալսարանում, ծանոթացան բուհի կրթական ծրագրերին, նյութատեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը, գործող զեղչերին։ Նշենք, որ երկու կրթական հաստատությունների միջև կնքված պայմանագրի համաձայն նմանատիպ միջոցառումներ՝ փոխադարձ այցեր, հանդիպումներ հաճախ են կազմակերպվում, իսկ քոլեջի շրջանավարտները, մասնագիտությունը շարունակելու պարագայում ընդունվում են համալսարանի երկրորդ կուրս՝ օգտվելով վարձի 20% զեղչի հնարավորությունից։ Կրիմինալիստիկայի լաբորատորիաներում ապագա իրավաբանները ծանոթացան «Դատական փորձաքննություն» մասնագիտության առանձնահատկություններին, ինչպես նաև փորձագետ-դասախոսներ Հ. Ղարիբյանի և Ա. Քինակցյանի մատուցմամբ ծանոթացան փորձաքննությունների որոշ տեսակների։
