Yerevan Gladzor University pursues strategic goals and an internationalisation policy aimed at expanding external partnerships and actively engaging in international academic processes.
International relations and collaboration play a vital role in creating opportunities for international mobility and capacity building for students, faculty, and administrative staff, as well as in enhancing YGU’s reputation and academic standing.
YGU has established and continues to strengthen ties with international organizations and numerous prestigious academic and research institutions around the world. These collaborations provide students with the opportunity to participate in international exchange programs, allowing them to gain global experience and exposure to diverse cultures.
YGU’s internationalization process is aimed at fostering the establishment of new partnerships, enhancing the University’s institutional capacity with the support of various international organizations, preparing and signing cooperation agreements, and promoting both inbound and outbound academic mobility. It also focuses on informing and advising the University subdivisions about opportunities for participation in international programs, supporting engagement in international conferences and forums, encouraging the publication of scholarly articles by faculty members in international academic journals, as well as facilitating membership in international organizations.
