The event aimed to promote inter-university collaboration, exchange best practices, and enhance the effectiveness of international program implementation. The week brought together 166 representatives from 36 countries, including vice-rectors, administrative, and academic personnel from various universities. The program included roundtable discussions and visits to various faculties and departments of the host university.
The event commenced with opening remarks from the Director of the University of Seville’s Secretariat of International Strategy and the Director of Mobility, who presented the university’s history, key internationalization strategies, and emphasized the importance of collaboration.
Key topics discussed included:

· New opportunities within Erasmus+ programs
· Tools for organizing student and academic mobility
· Opportunities for joint implementation of international projects
· Strategies for promoting mobility and overcoming related challenges for students and staff
Participants visited different university faculties, the library, and the International Student Support Centre.
The visit uncovered new opportunities for collaboration with several universities and resulted in agreements to expand student mobility partnerships.
The participation in the International Staff Week at the University of Seville proved to be a valuable source of experience and an important platform for deepening international collaboration and introducing innovative ideas.
